You'll work closely with our IT Operations Manager and serve as the senior technical resource for identity, endpoint management, and automation. We're an active M&A environment, so experience with tenant migrations and domain cutovers is preferred.

  • Career growth through Wrench University
  • Remote!

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID — Conditional Access, PIM, B2B/guest access, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Manage endpoint policies and Windows Autopilot deployments through Microsoft Intune.
  • Handle tenant-to-tenant migrations and domain cutovers as we acquire new businesses.
  • Write PowerShell and Graph API scripts to automate routine administration and reporting.
  • Maintain Microsoft Purview compliance policies including DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
  • Serve as the internal escalation point for complex identity and endpoint issues.

Qualifications

Do I have What It Takes?

  • 5+ years of hands-on enterprise IT experience or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and core M365 services.
