Drive Growth and Performance
Lead the overall performance of the business including revenue growth, profitability, and operational execution
Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve operational performance
Establish clear goals and hold teams accountable to key performance metrics
Build and Develop Strong Teams
Lead, coach, and develop a leadership team across operations, field service, customer experience, and sales
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
Attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Parker & Sons reputation for quality and service
Resolve challenges quickly and protect the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction
Strengthen Operational Excellence
Improve processes, efficiency, and productivity across the operation
Partner closely with finance, HR, marketing, and operational support teams
Ensure strong planning around labor, materials, and operational resources
10+ years of leadership experience in operational or service-based businesses
5+ years managing operations within home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar field service environment)
Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing revenue, and expanding market share
Strong experience managing P&L performance and operational metrics
Ability to lead and develop multiple managers and field teams
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategy and execution
