Overview

Parker and Sons is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to act as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide marketing strategy that accelerates growth, enhances brand equity, drives demand generation, and strengthens the customer experience across all locations. This leader oversees all digital and traditional marketing efforts, brand strategy, consumer insights, marketing operations, and performance analytics to improve ROI and achieve aggressive revenue and market-share goals. The ideal candidate is a Direct to Consumer (B2C), data-driven, multi-location operator who can scale a high-velocity marketing engine, lead a cross-functional team, and partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance to align marketing investments with business outcomes

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy aligned to the company’s growth goals and market expansion plans.
  • Lead all aspects of brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple geographies.
  • Oversee a $10M+ annual marketing budget with discipline, rigor, and ROI accountability.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing, 6-member internal marketing organization
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and executive team on market trends, competitive dynamics, and brand opportunities.

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Own full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, display, CTV, email, and emerging channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for efficiency, quality, and revenue impact across diverse business units.
  • Leverage analytics platforms to enhance audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and channel performance management.

Brand Strategy & Creative

  • Strengthen brand architecture and cohesion across all locations while enabling localized flexibility.
  • Lead creative direction for integrated campaigns, advertising, content development, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across digital, print, in-store, and customer touchpoints.

Customer Insights & Analytics

  • Build a culture of data-driven decision-making using consumer insights, research, and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee marketing analytics, KPI dashboards, monthly business reviews, and forecasting models.
  • Partner with Finance to align marketing spend with revenue projections and profitability goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to align marketing activities with business priorities, location performance, and customer needs.
  • Partner with technology to enhance the customer journey.
  • Work with HR and Communications on employer brand, recruiting marketing, and internal messaging

Qualifications

Do I Have What it Takes?

 

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level oversight.
  • Proven success leading marketing for a multi-location or multi-brand business, ideally in B2C service, franchise, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital channels, customer acquisition strategy, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Experience managing budgets of $10M+ with a clear track record of ROI improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable leading teams in attribution modeling, forecasting, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills; proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Demonstrated success driving transformation, modernizing marketing capabilities, and implementing scalable processes and systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
