Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

Spend Analytics & Data Management:

  • Build and enhance the spend cube: Consolidate, cleanse, classify, and standardize spend data from multiple ERPs across 20+ brands to create a single source of truth for procurement visibility.
  • Analyze spend to uncover savings, supplier risk, and sourcing opportunities using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Develop automated reporting and executive dashboards for category spend, savings, and supplier KPIs.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to ensure clean data pipelines and recurring analytics cadence.
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level reporting on spend trends, savings performance, and supplier metrics.

Contract Management & Compliance:

  • Create and manage a centralized contract repository (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs) with renewal and term tracking.
  • Support contract negotiations by researching market benchmarks, analyzing supplier proposals, and building financial models to ensure optimal commercial terms.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise agreements, identify maverick spend, and partner with Legal and Finance on contract review, risk assessment, and approval workflows.
  • Develop contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms and conditions for common procurement transactions.

RFx Process Support & Indirect Category Ownership:

  • Support and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs across direct and indirect categories.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives for select indirect categories (IT, marketing, professional services, office supplies, travel).
  • Assess and implement e-procurement tools to streamline workflows and improve supplier engagement; track cycle times and savings outcomes.
  • Build supplier scorecards, support quarterly business reviews with key suppliers, and identify consolidation opportunities across business units.

AI & Digital Procurement Innovation:

  • Leverage AI-powered solutions to drive procurement efficiency, including spend analytics, contract intelligence, supplier risk monitoring, market intelligence, and process automation.
  • Identify automation opportunities using RPA, workflow tools, and AI-driven insights to streamline procurement.

Project Management, Savings Tracking & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain a centralized project pipeline in SharePoint to track sourcing initiatives, savings opportunities, milestones, and deliverables with stage-gate governance.
  • Build and maintain a savings tracker in partnership with Finance to document, validate, and report procurement savings with rigorous methodology distinguishing hard savings from cost avoidance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reporting on savings performance, sourcing pipeline, procurement KPIs, and develop executive-ready presentations and business cases.
